One-to-one support to visit a place of interest, one-to-one support to participate in an activity, and respite.

One-to-one assistance with public transport, support with planning access in the community, and map reading training.

Goal setting, service planning, establishing connections with service providers, assisting with managing budgets, one-to-one support to build the capacity of individuals, support with reviews, and support to develop future plans.
